In addition you have an opportunity to receive leads from complimentary service providers that need access to your skills in order to deliver complete solutions to their customers.
2. Are you interested in increasing the value you provide to your customers through industry best practices?
The San Diego Chapter was designed to provide our members with access to industry best-practices. Guest speakers will share with members the techniques and approaches they have developed in an effort to increase their service-level to their customers. The San Diego Chapter also provides guest speakers from outside the technical services industry. This provides our members with access to outside expertise to help you develop best practices within other areas of your business like accounting, insurance, human resources, employee benefits and payroll just to mention a few.

Finally, as a member you have access to information from Microsoft before they release the information to the press. This allows you to develop programs to capatilize on Microsoft announcements when they occur.
